MTSS Specialist: Jessica Hutchinson

A MTSS Specialist guides and supports a school in implementing a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS). MTSS is a systemic framework that integrates academic, behavioral, and social-emotional support to ensure all students succeed. The MTSS specialist is typically responsible for supporting staff, analyzing data, and coordinating interventions. 

Resource Specialist: Kristen Atilano

The Resource Specialist provides specialized academic instruction and support to students. The RSP works with teachers to adapt curriculum, assess student progress, and ensure that Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) are implemented effectively. They also collaborate with families and staff to help students develop the skills and strategies needed for academic success and independence.

Intervention Teacher: Jeanna Graham

The Intervention Teacher will plan, organize, and provide tiered academic and social-emotional support to students requiring additional assistance to meet academic goals and progress. The Intervention Teacher collaborates with general education teachers, site administration, and support staff to ensure targeted, research-based interventions are implemented and student progress is monitored effectively. This position focuses on providing supplementary instruction, collecting and analyzing data, and coordinating support within the district's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS).

Special Education Instructional Assistant: Erika Sloneker

The Special Education Instructional Assistant supports students with diverse learning needs by providing individualized attention and assistance throughout the school day. They work closely with teachers to implement individualized education plans (IEPs), adapt classroom materials, and help students build academic and social skills. This role plays a key part in creating an inclusive environment where every student can learn, grow, and succeed.

Bilingual Instructional Assistant (BIA) Spanish: Celina Laguna

Bilingual Instructional Assistant (BIA) Russian: Nadia Mironyuk

The bilingual instructional aide supports both teachers and students by helping bridge language gaps. They assist English Learning students in understanding lessons, completing classwork, and developing academic skills. They also help communicate with families, ensuring that parents feel informed and involved in their child’s education.
